About our hair
Which texture is right for me?
It depends on the look you want and how you like to wear your hair. Bone Straight is sleek and versatile, our wave textures give soft, effortless movement, and our curls bring volume and definition. If you’re unsure, message us a photo of the style you love and we’ll recommend the right texture and length.
How long will the hair last?
Braiding extensions are designed for one install and usually look their best for 4 weeks. Bundles can be reused across 2 installs with proper care. Our [Hair Care Guide] shows you how to get the most out of every wear.
Do you sell wigs?
Our wig collection is coming soon. Follow us on Instagram and TikTok @hairsbyora to be the first to know when it launches.
Ordering and installation
How much hair do I need?
As a rough guide, short to medium braids usually need 3–4 packs, long braids 4–5 packs, and a full sew-in 3 bundles. Every style is different, so check with your stylist before ordering, or send us a photo of your style and we’ll help you work it out.
Can I install the hair myself?
We recommend having your hair installed by an experienced braider or stylist. A professional knows how to handle the hair, protect your edges and give you that clean, natural finish.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit cards, bank transfer etc. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
Delivery
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. Orders within Nigeria usually arrive in 1–5 working days, and international orders in 5–10 working days, depending on your location. Full details are in our Delivery Policy.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes in your country. These are set by your local authorities, aren’t included in your order total, and are the customer’s responsibility.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp so you can follow it to your door.
Returns
Can I return my hair?
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of hair that is unopened, unused and in its original packaging, within 2 days of delivery. Once hair has been opened, worn or installed, it can’t be returned. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
